1.1 All intellectual property comprised in, embodied by, or associated with the Synths Platform and the business of Synths, including all trademarks, trade names, logos, service marks, domain names, copyright-protected works, databases, software, source code, user interface designs, graphic elements, product names, slogans, and trade dress, is the exclusive property of Synths or its licensors and is protected under applicable Canadian and international intellectual property law.
2.1 The following marks are trademarks or common law marks of Synths:
2.2 Unauthorized use of any Synths trademark or any mark confusingly similar thereto in connection with any product, service, platform, or communication is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
2.3 Nothing in this Notice or on the Platform shall be construed as granting any licence or right to use any Synths trademark without express written permission.
2.4 Synths actively monitors for and will pursue enforcement action against unauthorized use of its marks.
3.1 All content published on the Platform and at getsynths.com, including textual content, data compilations, market commentary, graphic elements, user interface design, product documentation, legal policies, and source code, is copyright Synths 2026. All rights reserved.
3.2 No part of the Platform or its content may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, transmitted, adapted, or used to create derivative works without prior written consent.
3.3 Permitted Use. Subject to compliance with the Terms of Service, Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view Platform content for their own personal, non-commercial investment purposes only.
4.1 Synths uses certain third-party services and technologies in the operation of the Platform. The intellectual property of each such third party remains the exclusive property of that party. Third-party services used by Synths include Claude (Anthropic, PBC), Google Analytics (Google LLC), Supabase (Supabase, Inc.), Brevo (Sendinblue SAS), Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.), Vercel (Vercel, Inc.), and GitHub (GitHub, Inc.).
5.1 The Reference Price for each Synthetic Unit is calculated by Synths using publicly available data, including publicly reported funding rounds, disclosed secondary market transactions, and published tender offer prices. Synths does not claim proprietary rights over underlying private company data derived from public sources.
5.2 Synths does not use, license, or republish any confidential, proprietary, or material non-public information relating to any referenced Private Company.
5.3 The Reference Price methodology, data inputs, and weightings developed and maintained by Synths constitute proprietary intellectual property of Synths.
